About Richard Weinroth
Richard Weinroth joined NeoPlanet, Inc. in April 2000, bringing more than 15 years of expertise in the private practice of law. As vice president,
general counsel and secretary, Weinroth oversees all legal facets of NeoPlanet's business activities.
Prior to joining NeoPlanet, Weinroth served as legal counsel to issuers and underwriters in the issuance of more than $10 billion in publicly
and privately offered securities. In addition, Weinroth represented numerous public and private companies and their officers and
directors on corporate, administrative and business planning matters. Weinroth served as general counsel of the Securities Division of the
Arizona Corporation Commission, the agency responsible for regulating securities transactions throughout the state, from 1993 to 1997.
Weinroth earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Chicago Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Lafayette College. Weinroth is a published author and co-author of articles on various corporate and securities topics. He earned the
distinguished AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Weinroth is a member of the State Bar of Arizona; the Securities Council of the
Securities Regulation Section of the State Bar of Arizona; and the American Bar Association. Born in New York in 1958, Weinroth
currently resides in Phoenix.
